I'm interested in becoming a customer. What’s the process?

Thanks for your interest in ADI. Our customers are licensed installers and dealers only; ADI does not sell direct to end users. Get started by visiting our Become a Customer page and filling out an application.

When will I hear back about my customer application?

You will get immediate online access to browse products following your customer application by receiving an email with login information. You will be able to place orders through the ADI website or the ADI mobile app only after our team verifies your company information within 1-2 business days. During this process, you may hear from an ADI representative.

Do you offer a line of credit?

Yes, our customers have two options for credit based on their annual sales and estimated credit spend. Following your customer application, you may also apply for a credit limit under $25,000 or a credit limit over $25,000. You will receive an email from our credit department when your application is approved.

Do I need to commit to a certain annual spend to become an ADI customer?

No, there is no annual spend required to be an ADI customer. However, eligible customers that join the ADI Pro Rewards program must meet their quarterly spend goal before earned points can be redeemed. Each customer's spend goal is customized based on their prior year spend with ADI, with a slight growth target added. Once your quarterly goal is met, you have the opportunity to redeem points for merchandise, event tickets or travel. Learn more about the program here.
